I have written those programms in Borland's Turbo Pascal. They are available both in source code and binary form. Simply put archive to some working directory and decompress it. You will get program to count values for LED variant - led_t123.exe, LCD variant - lcd_t123.exe, and for those who need to convert IF for digital scale you will get if_count.exe program.
